We will be holding all bookings for you so you have something to look forward to, and as soon as we have dates from the government as to when we can continue, we will be in touch to rearrange all details for you.
Please understand we are trying to help as much as we can, if you would like a refund you will need to contact your travel insurance for this, but again we will help as much we can and send any documents you need for this. Temporary guidelines, rules and regulations are changing by the hour and we are keeping up to date with these to ensure we are doing everything we can, but we are trying to help by postponing your bookings so you don’t lose out.
We follow a Zero tolerance policy - we will not take abuse from any customers. We are following all guidelines and rules and going over and above to help and offer credit notes when possible. If any abuse is given, we will longer be able to help, and no contact will be received until after we are back to full working capacity. Please do be considerate for the team trying to help you.
